N06 Tunnel Mittal

In the course of a maintenance project, the ventilation of the Mittal tunnel on the N06 Gampel - Goppenstein, which was opened in 1986, was renewed.

 

The single-tube tunnel has a length of around 2.5 km and is used by two-way traffic. The new ventilation system is realised by means of longitudinal ventilation and a central extraction system, completion in 2021.
