The Jungfrau Railway (rack railway) has been travelling to Europe's highest railway station at 3454 metres above sea level for over 100 years. The tunnel is a good 7000m long.

 

  • 2005 - Installation of a smoke extraction system for a train fire.
  • 2021 - Extension of the smoke extraction system in the course of the extension of track 3 at the station.
